Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to our ideal customer profile target prospects using a mix of telephone calls, email, and other communication mediums
  • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling messaging, and consistent follow-up
  • Conduct research on target accounts prior to contacting
  • Educate and develop leads to turn them into qualified opportunities
  • Coordinate demos and presentations with account executives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, opportunity, and sales activity in CRM system
  • Gain a solid understanding of the senior living industry

Expected Outcomes

  • Generate over 10 Sales Accepted Leads per month with a month-over-month ramping period
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Execute 50 lead generating activities per day with calls/emails
  • Become a leader and innovator within the Caremerge organization
