Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle.  This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales and client success teams on the development, QA, and release of products
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Caremerge and its features across primary market segments
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
